Working in your office if you need reliable, consistent administration support. Instead of employing temps on a casual basis, why not employ someone who can get to know your systems / modus operandi and come in as and when required.Keeping things ticking over to cover leave, staff sickness, maternity cover etc. Having undertaken many handovers, learning quickly on the job I can spend time with an employee before they leave and ensure their replacement learns the job specific requirements in the shortest possible time. Comprehensive handover notes can be prepared.
